3la was appointed to provide landscape design services for a project involving the demolition of an existing property and the construction of a new home with gardens, working together with AR Design Studio. Key landscape strategies were developed with the client and AR Design Studio. The building aims to blend into the surrounding mature landscape. It is designed to create three distinct areas: Arrival, Dining/Entertaining Terrace, and Courtyard Garden, ensuring a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The design is contemporary, featuring clean and elegant details that create a striking impression. A simple soft landscape palette will provide an uncluttered garden with varied textures. There will be focused views from the building to the garden and external lighting to enhance the atmosphere.
